1.) The Journey (Wednesday nights @ 6:50)- We will start a new series entitled "Close Friends" this week. We'll start off the year with ice cream sundaes. To make it easier for athletes, we'll have pizza for $1/slice.
2.) Connection Class (Sunday morning at 9:15). 7th/8th grade girls responsible for breakfast.
3.) Discipleship Groups (D2)- Monday mornings @ 6:45 at Chick-Fil-A will begin next Monday (Aug. 18th)
4.) Community-Wide Fall Retreat (Sept. 13-14 @ Camp Caleo in Forsyth) We will leave early Saturday morning and return Sunday after lunch. Cost $100 (includes transportation, lodging, three meals). 5.) Hearts of Fire Retreat (Nov. 21-24 @ Pigeon Forge, NC)- We will leave after lunch on Friday and return on Monday evening. We will attend the conference on Friday/Saturday & go to Dollywood on Sunday. The tentative cost is $125 which includes lodging, Hearts on Fire ticket, & admission to Dollywood. 6.) Ski Retreat (Feb. 5-8 @ Winterplace Ski Resort in Flat Top, WV)- We will leave after lunch on Thursday and return late Sunday evening.
